When will I receive my order?
For customers in the U.S, the orders will be carried out by USPS First-Class Mail® from one of our local warehouses. Generally speaking, your order will be delivered within 2-10 days. Because of the impact of SIMOT-19, the exact delivery time will be much longer. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
How do I track my order?
Once a product has shipped, you'll receive the tracking info that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you. Usually, we have five-days based delivery. But for a few areas or a logistics handling peak, your order would be delivered within ten days after your items shipped.
Can I specify a delivery date?
Since we work with third-party logistic companies to ship your order, we're unable to 100% guarantee that your order will be delivered on a specific date—occasionally weather or operational delay could impact your delivery by a day or so. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers. That said, you can rest assured we'll do everything in our power to target your delivery date.
Do I pay for shipping?
During this challenging time, we can not assure you of free shipping for all the epidemic essentials. But we can assure you free shipping for orders exceeding the amount of $50. We would appreciate your kindest understandings that an $7.49 shipping fee will be applied to order less than $50. However, combining items from multiple orders into a single package won't increase the shipment fee. That is to say, you'll be charged only once for shipping all of your orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through Credit card including Mastercard, Discover. You can also make your payment by Paypal.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card or PayPal account will be charged after you confirm your order at checkout. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you find yourself having any confusing charges, such as repeated charges, please contact email@example.com in a timely manner.

We accept returns of the items you ordered within 14 days after the delivery. To process the return, please make sure that the items are complete and well-packed. Do I need to keep any of the packaging or boxes?
Yes, we do need you to keep the packaging and the boxes. Items returned must be unopened or in good condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.
How do I check on the status of a refund?

When can I expect a refund for my return?
